Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase please contact us directly to make things right.  If we deem plausible, on a case-by-case basis a full or partial refund may be given.

Since coffee is a perishable product, we cannot currently accept returns unless (in a case-by-case basis) we deem it our responsibility and authorize an exchange, credit, or return at our discretion.

If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.  In the event a return/exchange is approved: Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. We are not able to accept returns at our cafe locations. Unless an exception is made.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.  We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
